Update - May 12, 2006
Garrett is almost 2 years old!! Where does time go??? He loves his new life in Rhode Island. He sees his grandparents and cousins every few weeks and has developed such a wonderful bond with them all. He has been in daycare full time while Mommy and Daddy work, and is now with a Nanny named Jean. They take lots of trips to the park and around town to play with other kids. He loves to watch all sports with his Dad, and can almost say "Go Red Sox." Other favorites include pointing out trucks and busses while in the car and playing on his playground set. He climbs the ladder up to the slide on his own (and nearly gives us a heart-attack in the process). He likes helping us set up our new home and work in the yard. Garrett has his own lawnmower and yard tools. He pushes his mower around, singing "mow mow mow." It's so cute. One of his other favorite new words is "No." Ugh....I think the next year will bring quite a few gray hairs for mom and dad!
